Amy Delgado brings over 15 years of accounting experience, including the last three in the multifamily industry, where she currently serves as Accounting Manager. She began her career as a Senior Auditor in public accounting before transitioning into corporate roles as an Internal Auditor and later Accounting Manager. Throughout her career, she has focused on strengthening internal controls, improving audit outcomes, and leading process improvements that enhance financial transparency and operational efficiency. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a master’s degree in Finance, and is licensed in Real Estate.
Amy is a collaborative and solution-focused leader who values clear communication and cross-functional teamwork. She enjoys mentoring her team, working closely with ownership groups, and supporting company goals through accurate reporting and thoughtful financial strategies. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, traveling, working out, and being with her family.
