Avery Fowler is a Senior Property Account Manager with four years of experience in the multifamily industry, all with CAF. She has held several roles within the company including Leasing Agent, Assistant Manager, and Property Manager. These experiences gave her a strong foundation in both team leadership and day to day operations.
Avery is known for being a team player and a people person. She brings a high level of organization and enjoys contributing behind the scenes while working closely with management. She values being part of something bigger and finds motivation in the challenges that come with it.
Avery was recognized with the CAF WOW Factor award and is especially proud of her promotion to Property Manager which led to her joining the COT Team. She takes great pride in being part of a company she believes in and is honored to support the team in her current role.
