Banks Woodward is a Certified Public Accountant with over 18 years of experience in financial reporting, corporate accounting, taxation, and business advisory services. As Senior Vice President of Finance, he oversees CAF Companies’ financial operations, tax strategy, and investment reporting, ensuring long-term financial sustainability and compliance.
Before joining CAF, Banks held leadership positions at Cornwell Jackson and CliftonLarsonAllen, where he specialized in corporate tax planning, financial reporting, and asset restructuring for real estate firms and private businesses. His expertise includes advising on tax engagements totaling over $200 million in asset transfers, managing complex financial portfolios, and implementing strategies to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Banks earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Utah Valley University and a Master of Accountancy from The University of Utah. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of CPAs.
Banks lives in Plano, TX, with his wife, Brianna, and their three children.
