Social Media & Marketing Manager

Chris Garcia serves as the Social Media & Marketing Manager at CAF Management, where he leads branding, communications, and marketing efforts across a growing portfolio of 80+ multifamily communities. He is responsible for CAF’s external corporate image across all digital platforms, including company websites, social media, and investor-facing materials.

Chris has played a key role in over 60 property takeovers, managing all branding and collateral to ensure properties are positioned for success from day one. His work spans across departments, supporting acquisition efforts, business development, and investor communications. With a deep understanding of the asset lifecycle—from due diligence to disposition—Chris brings a company-wide perspective to every project he takes on.

Since joining CAF in 2016—first onsite, then moving into the corporate office in 2018—Chris has helped shape the company’s voice, visibility, and reputation. Known for his creative approach and ability to bridge departments, he continues to drive brand strategy and marketing initiatives that move the company forward.

His impact has been recognized with several company honors, including the President’s Challenge Coin, the Five-Year Achievement Award, and being named Outstanding Team Member of the Year—twice.
