Christi Nelson is a multifamily professional with more than 20 years of industry experience and a proven ability to lead teams, improve property performance, and support growth across markets. As Vice President at CAF Management, she plays a key leadership role in driving operational strategy, mentoring team members, and supporting on-site execution across the portfolio.
Christi joined CAF in 2017 as a Property Manager and has advanced through several leadership roles, including District Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Vice President. Her practical approach, steady leadership, and deep industry knowledge have made her a key contributor to CAF’s expansion and property transitions.
She began her career as a Leasing Agent and has worked in nearly every on-site position, giving her a grounded understanding of team dynamics, resident experience, and day-to-day operations. Christi is known for her quick decision-making, strong communication, and commitment to doing what’s best for her teams and ownership groups.
