As the Director of Human Resources, Courtney oversees the Human Resources and Training department, playing a pivotal role in supporting the company’s operations by fostering employee development, driving organizational growth, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
Before joining CAF Companies, Courtney served as an Investigator with Child Protective Services, where she honed her skills in communication, problem-solving, and advocacy. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
