Courtney Zambrano is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over a decade of experience in property management and one of the first employees of CAF Companies. Since joining in January 2015, Courtney has been instrumental in the company’s growth and success, contributing across a wide range of roles including Assistant Manager, Property Manager, Staff Accountant, HR Administrator, and Director of Human Resources.
Now serving as Vice President of Human Resources and a member of the Executive Team, Courtney leads CAF’s Human Resources and Training department, championing employee development, organizational growth, and the preservation of CAF’s unique and vibrant culture.
Before her career with CAF Companies, Courtney worked as an Investigator with Child Protective Services, sharpening her skills in communication, problem-solving, and advocacy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
Courtney’s deep experience, leadership, and passion for people continue to drive CAF’s mission of exceeding expectations for investors, residents, and employees alike.
