Doug Bartek has over 40 years of leadership experience in high-tech industries and real estate investment, specializing in business growth, capital structuring, and strategic acquisitions. Throughout his career, he has led 28+ successful mergers, acquisitions, and financings, overseeing multi-billion-dollar companies.
As Founder, CEO, and Chairman of Microtune, Doug built the company from the ground up, growing revenue to $100 million and taking the company public with a peak valuation of $2.5 billion. He later served as President and CEO of Acumos, where he scaled revenue from $20 million to $75 million, positioning the company for sale to Cirrus Logic, where he led the division to $600 million in annual revenue—the company’s most profitable unit.
Over the past two decades, Doug has transitioned into real estate investment, focusing on multifamily acquisitions and asset management. As Principal at CAF Companies, he provides strategic insight on acquisitions, business growth, and long-term financial planning.
Doug holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas, an M.S. in Engineering, and an MBA from Arizona State University.
