Hailey joined CAF in 2017 as a Leasing Professional and was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager, followed by Property Manager. She has managed various properties while overseeing extensive unit renovations and CapEx projects. Additionally, Hailey has been part of the due diligence, acquisitions, and disposition process for several communities. Hailey’s colleagues admire her passion for her teams and residents, which creates a seamless office and resident experience. She is known for walking property, developing strong teams, and engaging with her residents.
Since her time with us, Hailey has received numerous accolades, including Top Leaser (2x), Top Property (3x), and acknowledgments for her contributions during the Texas Winter Storm of 2021.
