Jessica Johns is an experienced multifamily leader with deep operational knowledge and a strong track record of building high-performing teams. As Area Vice President at CAF Management, she plays a key role in supporting property performance, driving operational consistency, and mentoring team members across her portfolio.
Jessica was one of CAF Management’s founding employees, joining the company in 2015 as a Leasing Agent. Over the years, she has advanced through nearly every on-site and leadership position, including Assistant Manager, Property Manager, District Manager, and Regional Manager. This hands-on experience gives her a strong understanding of all facets of property operations, team leadership, and owner relations.
Jessica is known for her ability to lead through change, turn around underperforming assets, and consistently improve property performance. Her expertise spans all asset classes, including affordable, high-rise, and value-add communities. She has played a key role in numerous property takeovers, due diligence efforts, capital renovations, and repositioning strategies.
