Including knowledge of new construction, property takeovers, capex completion, renovation projects, dispositions, and due diligence. Additionally, Jessica excels at maintaining and exceeding occupancy goals, while increasing the income of the assets she oversees.
She has held numerous positions in our company including, leasing agent, assistant manager, and property manager. Proving to be a detail-oriented leader with the ability to grow her team, and focus on results.
