Josie Powers has been with CAF Management for nearly 10 years, starting her career as a Leasing Agent and steadily growing into leadership roles including Assistant Manager, Property Manager, Analyst for CAF Capital Partners, District Manager, and Regional Manager.
She has led property takeovers, managed renovation and capex projects, and overseen a wide range of assets—including the largest in the CAF portfolio with over 1,000 units. Josie is known for her steady leadership, clear communication, and ability to step in and get the job done.
In her current role as Director of Centralization, Josie oversees the centralized team at our corporate office. She focuses on improving systems and processes to help our teams work more efficiently and consistently across the portfolio.
