Lexi joined CAF in 2017 as a Leasing Professional and was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager, followed by Property Manager, a role she has held for three years. Lexi has overseen numerous properties, gaining extensive experience while managing newly acquired assets, dispositions, large capex projects, unit renovations, and more. Lexi’s colleagues admire her attention to detail, positive attitude, problem solving capabilities, and willingness to assist and develop her teams. Since her time with us, Lexi has been the recipient of our Golden Hammer Award.
