Lina joined our team as an Assistant Property Manager and was later promoted to Property Manager. During her time with us, she has gained vast knowledge overseeing various types of assets. Known for her “can-do” attitude and desire to mentor, coach, and develop her teams, Lina is admired for her attention to detail, organization, and flawless execution of tasks. Her efforts consistently result in high occupancy and superior resident retention rates. Additionally, Lina played a key role in the implementation of our second Kids-U program in Richardson, Texas. Her impact on the program and dedication to our overarching social impact strategy is highly valued by our company leaders.
