Maelle-Anne brings over ten years of multifamily experience to our team. Since joining CAF in 2015, she has held multiple roles, including Leasing Professional, Assistant Manager, Property Manager, and, most recently, Analyst.
Maelle-Anne performs various functions in her position, including investor reporting, annual budgets, tracking individual property metrics, monitoring portfolio performance, and maximizing asset ROI. She’s known among her peers for her attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of data and reporting.
