Merry Tempel is an accomplished property management professional with nearly 9 years of experience at CAF Management. She started her career in 2015 as a leasing agent and has taken on roles of increasing responsibility, including assistant manager, property manager, district manager, and her current position as regional manager.
During her time at CAF, Merry has overseen several major projects including 3 property takeovers. Her notable achievements include being named Regional Manager of the Year in 2023, Property Manager of the Year in 2020, and leading a property to receive Property of the Year honors in 2019.
As a leader, Merry describes her management style as strong but responsive, focused on listening to her team’s needs. She is passionate about developing leadership skills in her staff. Her problem-solving approach involves gathering input from colleagues, analyzing pros and cons, and collecting as much relevant information as possible before making decisions.
Outside of work, Merry enjoys spending time with her two children, watching baseball, and socializing with friends. Her warm personality and ability to connect with anyone makes Merry an invaluable asset to CAF Management.
